At Golf HQ, we are committed to your satisfaction on and off the course. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the golf gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
